The Association of PR/Communications Consultancies
Gesellschaft Public Relations Agenturen e.V. (GPRA) is the association of leading PR/communications consultancies in Germany. Its members agree to uphold certain quality standards, and GPRA develops services and programs to further enhance the performance and quality provided by its member agencies.

- Continuously improving their performance by exchanging experiences and enhancing their professionalism by means of on-going staff training and career development of PR professionals
- Providing a full range of services, i.e. a global approach to finding solutions to communications challenges
- Holistic thinking, strategic planning, and the implementation of measures according to the principle of cost efficiency

Membership requirements
All businesses applying for membership are screened carefully to ensure they meet our requirements. To be accepted, an agency must prove, among other things, that it: - is independent;
- has existed in its present form for at least three years;
- can provide a wide range of PR/communications services on various levels;
- employs at least three salaried PR professionals;
- adheres to generally accepted business practice.
GPRA memberships/involvements- GPRA is a member of the International Communications Consultancy Organisation Ltd. (ICCO), the worldwide umbrella association of communications consultancies, with headquarters in London. Its members' professional standards are summarized in the "Stockholm Charter."

www.drpr-online.de - Along with the DRPR and BdP, GPRA is a partner in the Prüfungs- und Zertifizierungsorganisation der deutschen Kommunikationswirtschaft GmbH (PZOK), an officially recognized non-profit corporation with the purpose of conducting uniform, independent examinations in the PR field and monitoring the quality of training programs for PR professionals.
